Question about HoH

So how do i get to the House of Honor and get sigils, can i make a PvP charactor or do i have to lvl my RP charactor to lvl 20 then fight Guild vs Guild PVP?

You can do it with a PvP character, you "just" have go to the tomb of priemevil kings and win that tournament, then one of your party gets a sigil.
And HoH means Hall of Heroes, there is no "House of Honor" in my knowledge and if it was i doubt it has something to do with getting a sigil.

But i guess just collecting gold and buying a sigil is easier.

yeah sorry, thats what i meant. Also can i transfer the sigil to my RP char?

Yes, you can trade a sigil just like any other item.
And you can trade items between PvP and RP chars, as long as they are found and not made with the PvP char.
