sorry for my early post, but:

for example: Rau told me, the 10/8 Orrish would be worth around 250k without the 20% enchant last longer mod. I thought the Ghostly, 10/9 is 1% better so i little more worth. the Ghostly fire Staff (10/9) has perfect mods too. and the 18/9 Ghostly Fire Staff has perfect req8, and i think the most Fire Elementalist prefere 20% recharge.

and I post these Items a few times at the PC Forum, and no1 give me an exactly idea of value. everytime like 150k+
and themickman i think you mean Number 22 and 19. i thought the cane has 10/10 and a req of only 7. i think max dmg Wand's with req7 don't exist.

Plz post me better prices, or PM my inventory is very full i just want to sell, but i will get money too.
