This is for the people who are wondering what the icons on some assassin skills mean...
I'll use the 4 daggers skills for the A/W pre-made build.
If you notice in the top right of the first skill, there is a one gold slash mark.
This represents the type of attack, in this case, a lead attack.
The second skill has a grey slash mark in the top LEFT.
This represents the prerequisite attack in order to activate that skill. Since there is one slash mark, a lead attack is required.
In the top right of the second skill, there are 2 slash marks, which represent an Off-Hand attack.
Then in the third skill, there are 2 slash marks in the top left, meaning that skill requires an Off-Hand attack.
To summarize, the top right icon shows the type of attack, and the top left icon shows the attack that must be performed first.
You can also see in your targets health bar what the previous attack type was.
Hope that helps for anyone who was wondering.

I love that part. There is no way I could easily make a build and chain it in order without the icons, lol. The assassin reminds me of Tekken.

ok so I'm wondering(haven't tried out the new classes yet) are those healthbar icons visible to the rest of your team(and opponents)?
and if so, will another assassin be able to follow up on your attacks? have anyone tried this?

I'm not sure, as with all the hot action that comes with battles, it is hard to determine unless you're charrie is dead. 1-on-1, yes, you'll need to do the combos, but if anyone finds that any other assassins can team up and help complete the combo, then post away.

I'm pretty sure that they can NOT follow an allies attack, simply because of the way someone would attack normally. You wouldn't follow an allies lead attack with your off-hand, you would only folllow your lead with your off-hand. I'm not sure if allies can see the attacks, but I have not seen any playing with assassins other than my own, so I'm assuming no.

I'm not at home right now so I can't test this...
but anyways if guildwars allows teams to enter the training grounds, you could simply team up with another assassin and try this out on the practice targets...anyone up for the task?

I just did a test actually, and you can NOT see any attack marks other than your own. Then again there isn't really much need to seeing as its only a guide to help you, not anything you could really exploit.
