I've seen this new staff mentioned in a few posts relating to the weekend update. Anyone know where it can be found, and what items are needed to get it?

There is a collector just outside Port Sledge, and you will need 5 intricate grawl necklaces.

I found the mention of this in the questions and answers forum, went to check it out, and it's true. I snagged one immediately because I've been wanting one for a couple months for my monk.

And in case anyone didn't know, because I didn't, you CAN mod these staffs with a staff head and a staff wrapping.

Yes, it still needs 9 in Divine Favor, but you get 20/20 in cast speed and skill recharge for Healing Prayers. I'd really like to know if there's now a Prot staff to complement the new Healing staff.

There is a 20/20 Protection Prayers staff that requires 9 Smiting Prayers. That the kind of think you were looking for Feminist?

Nord Stonegrimm has it at the Southeast part of Lornar's Pass (North of Snake Dance / South of Beacon's Perch) He takes 5 frozen shells for it.
