Question

Sorry, I know this isn't really a price check, but I have a quick question having to do with weapons. I recently found a max, gold, req. 9 flamberge with 14% damage while health is above 50%. Is this even worth putting perfect mods on? And with the 14% instead of 15% seriously drop the price or affect how quickly it will sell. Thanks for the advice.

well, there is actully NO DIFFRENCE AT ALL, you see, GW dmg rounds, so 14-15 will still round down, so no, but people are stupid and dont relize that

Agreed. If the inherent mod isn't perfect, there's no reason to waste money on perfect upgrades for it.
