Well, I just got onto the event, and the new classes look awesome, but how do i get the skills to use to make a custom (no pre-built) pvp character?? Do I have to get the faction to get each of the skills?

unfortunatly i think you do.

i had a perfect idea for a touch necro/a or a/necro, but i dont want to use my faction and have those skills go away once the weekend ends.

They'll be there for you when you buy GW: Factions so fell free to spent on them. However this is only if you used your account and not the regional key.
