guildwars website doesn't seem to work either..

I'm from Australia and other Australians in my guild are having the same problem, but the people in America seem to be fine... (from talking on TS)

Yeah another australian here with the same problem...

It's a pain because we can't get onto the support site to report it, and as such they are probably completely oblivious to the fact we're having troubles.

There appears to be an ISP in Singapore that is having problems. A lot of internet traffic coming out of Australia is routed through this ISP, and is likely the cause of your issues. Users of Aussie ISP Optus, in particular, are being affected badly.

im preety sure there is lots of austrlians that play on euro or american servers

this has runied half of the weekend of the new build. optus cant (or won't help) - how frustrating . anyone woudl think australia was back in the dark ages !!!! How or who can we lobby for better treatment ???

I'm using Pacific Internet are they having problems with guild wars?

PS: Btw only 2 of my heros got this problem the other 2 got no problem getting in to the game

I'm with TPG and having the same problems, I guess they use the same guys that Optus do. Its quite frustrating that it happened now of all times, but I guess it can't be helped.

And to be honest I don't think an Australian Server would be viable, I imagine the fan base here is quite small and most cities would probably only use 1 district. Even if an Australian server was implemented I'd still use the American Servers just for the sheer number of people and the fact that 90% of the people in my guild play on American.

I'm willing to bet its a problem with Singnet... Time to call those bums @ technical support

It seems to be working again now, I'm able to actually walk through portals and stuff now.
