To get the Ice Drake you need to blow up things with the powder kegs. First, you'll blow up a locked gate (It's past the gate with the lever inside the first Dwarven camp), that'll lead you to the NPC who gives you the quests, then you'll need another keg to blow up the snowdrift behind them. Inside that is a cave with Dryders and the Drake. Slaughter all in your path and you'll get the bonus.
For Nolani, there's an NPC is the Northwest corner of the map in a little hideaway somewhere. He'll give you a tomb and you'll need to take that tomb to a graveyard filled with Spirits of the Damned. Those are tough lv10 creatures (Warrior for the most part, they use Final Thrust a lot) and they'll aggro on whoever's lugging the tomb. They give pretty good drops for that level, though, or used to anyway.
