PC longsword & help understanding PC

fiery longsword of defense | 15-22,13^50,+5

i tried to understand the QAD etc, but it confuses me.

if i'd rate according groups C, it would be something like: 40K - 2x5 (cuz of the 13%) + 0.5x3k (defense pommel) = 31.5k

but i read according to group B, "Longsword: QAD 15>50 req 8 = 100k (14>50 req 8 = 25k)"

so uhm. i dont get it. sorry.

Sword worth 5k.
