Ritualist Farming?

Vengeful Was Khanhei - 5 en 3/4 cast 20 recharge
Elite Spell. Hold Khanhei's ashes for 5-10 seconds. Whenever a foe strikes you in combat while you are holding Khanhei's ashes, you steal 5-31 Health from that foe.

With a Superior Rune it would probably go up to 11 or maybe 12 seconds. Plus there's this spell to go with it:

Channeled Strike - 10 en, 2 cast, 12 recharge
Spell. Target foe is struck for 5-77 lightning damage. That foe takes an additional 5-29 lightning damage if you are holding an item.

Different attributes though. Quite a few in the Channeling category that seem pretty good (Splinter Weapon for instance, next attack does a bunch of damage to adjacent foes as well). Also, note that Vengeful Was Khanhei steals health, so it's pretty hard to take you down while it's up.

Make a smite monk with this?

i think a smite monk along with this could be pretty powerful and hard to take down, Anyone got some insight on this?

I think maybe rt/r with qz just using the elite ashes skill over and over and over and over could work :}
