Need a skill off Lord Timrot - where can I find him?

Hey all

He apparently casts a spell that I desperately need: Animate Bone Fiend. Anyway, I have already done this quest so I *think* that Lord Timrot wont appear for me unless I join with someone else who has the "Reversing the Scales" quest.

Where do people form groups to do this quest? Lions Arch? Gates of Kyria?

Also, if I have done the quest already, if I enter the correct zone will he appear again?

He only spawns when doing that quest I believe.

You would have to find someone doing the quest and it is best to go from gates of Kryta, since that is where the quest is picked up at. I just did it last night....make sure you kill his lil helper that is with him and if he doesn't have one..pull something behind him to kill it first since he has to use it.

edit: PS forgot to mention...you have to let him finish casting it to capture it.

Err, would it be possible to get someone who has the mission to join with me, grab 4 henchmen, zone into the area - have the person with the quest leave - and let me finish the mission? I was planning on just throwing all the henchmen at Timrot - letting them die - capture his skill - die moments later - and leave happy.

You can't zone into the area, it's a bit of a walk with lots of mergoyles to deal with.
