How do I team up with a friend in Factions weekend?

Hi,

I have made my way to "random arena" and wish to team up with a friend before going for mission.

How do I do this?

Am I missing something?

if you want to team up go the team arena or heroes ascent

You can team up with a friend in the "Team Arenas".
You have to get 5 consecutive wins in Random Arenas to get the message "Team Arenas unlocked". Then you can travel there and group with your friend.
Mostly depends on luck to get 5 wins in RA though. I also think it's bugged, since it took me 6 consecutive wins before I got the message.
There's another less sure way, but if you both hit the "enter mission" button at the same time, there's a chance you meet up in the same team.

it took me 6 also...maybe the coding says

if cons_wins > 5 (unlock TA)


instead of

if cons_wins = 5 (unlock TA)

Go to the random arenas at the same district.
Press the "Enter Mission" button at the same time
and pray for that 1% chance you'll be in the same team =)

Hmm. I swear team arenas was always unlocked for me :S

i had some incredibly bad luck in CA today and yesterday, but now that TA isnt filled with people with Assassins and ritualists trying to test out new builds while having 3 good teammates has died down a little bit (kinda hard to find 3 normal pvp chars when 90% of the peeps there are using As and Rt) i have started to get some faction going
