Looks like you are missing the image file or something, i'd try reinstalling the game with the CD, but I doubt its that big of a deal.

Or just get the image from my GF, or just wait for my PC to download more patch info. I posted it for the comedic value, not for a fix

Happens to me sometimes, even with the game installed from cd. The first time I laughed a good long while, as it occured on an item someone was trying to sell me. I thought they were trying to pull some kind of scam lol.
