Qucik Questin?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here we go. What makes a weapon godly or perfect? I see perfect weapon, or godly weapon all the time and would like to know what constitues this, please.

req7/8 15^50 10/10 (sundering/furious) +30hp

this is to malice it doesnt have to be 15^50 10/19 +30

it has to be req 7 or 8 though

a perfect one could be req 8 15% in stance longbow icy damage +5 armor

the mods u said are the ones that are preferred
