Hey guys, I'm going to buy my 6th PC and thought about getting the parts off www.pricewatch.com Would this be a good idea? I have never used this site before so I have no idea if it is safe at all.
If anyone can give me a bit of info that would be great.
Price Watch?

Pricewatch doesn't provide any products themselves. They are simply a search engine with a database of products provided by other resellers. When you click to buy an item you're redirected to the reseller's web site to make the purchase. Pricewatch itself is perfectly safe, and most of the companies they deal with seem to be reputable businesses, however I can't say for sure that they all are.
Personally, I buy just about everything from Newegg.com because their prices are usually within 5% of the best you'll find and they have a good history of rock-solid customer service. For me, even if I can find something for $5 or $10 cheaper somewhere else I will still buy from Newegg.com for the piece of mind that comes with buying from a reputable company that does right by their customers.
I would suggest using Pricewatch.com to get an idea for prices and then compare those to Newegg.com. If Newegg is close, buy from them. It's worth it.

I'm not a big fan of newegg because of the USA Border charges. I could buy something for $300 USD and in Canadain Dollars that could be $360 + shipping + border charges + state tax = $450+, which would be too costly. Right now I'm looking at NCIX.com
I was just woundering about Pricewatch.com because if it was a good tool to use and they had Canadian sites that would be nice.

Ah, I see. I don't know if they have any Canadian sites or not. I think the search results show the location of the resellers, but I don't remember ever seeing any in Canada.

Oh well, I'll look later tonight. Would be nice to find one, since things are so costly out side of the border. Wouldn't take more then spending $400-$500 to add another $100 or so on from dollar vaule diffrences.
