Healing Hands????? Help.

Hello. I been trying to get healing hands spell for DAYS! ive read n read n read that u get it in delassio seboard from the boss on the beach.. little meregoyle type mob. well i have been in a fight with this mob for over a hour getting its HP down and letting it go back up and no Healing Hand spell was cast at all. i even restarted mission 3-4 times and came back and still no healing hands spell. if anyone knows what the problem is or where to get healing hands if my info is incorrect please let me know. Thank you.

Did you leave one of his cronies alive for him to *cast* healing hands on? Not sure if this is the issue, but it might be.

Arenanet found it more sensible that you should be level 20 before you can grind elite skills.

well i am lvl 20 and if he doesent have it anymore who does???
