I played around a little and figured out this fun build for the assasin, but b/c of my limits, i can't fully test some ideas, if someone has the skills, can u test it for me?

The idea is dagger has fast attack speed, and there are lots of fast dagger combos for assasin, so illusion weapons can shine. essentially with the right skills, you can do 1 lead, 1 offhand, and 1 double hand in short time, dealing out magic dmg that can't be blocked. with a 20% pvp dagger, it works well. there's no need for dagger skill b/c non of the "on hit" specials apply, just the speed. its energy heavy, but channeling works really well in replenshing your energy since all the ritualists out there summons like crazy, i once got +7 each spell, never had energy problem. also it is a buffer for enchantment removal, so ur illusion weapon isn't take off w/ the first one.
Shadow walk skill and Ether feast are for quick health, but ur gonna need a monk if u are under heavy atk.
an alternative is to ignore shadow walk skill and add epidemic, that way, if illusion wep wears off, you can use ur linked dagger skill to inflict 3 conditions, and then spread it to everyone. (change all attribute from shadow arts to dagger)
Here are my questions: do critical strike affect illusionary weapon? and what would be the best combo for the 3 assasin skills? i'm not familiar w/ the assasin so its hard to figure out.

sounds like a good build...check the templates for 3 assassin skills...there's one that causes bleeding, then 2 more, lol, i forget

Jagged Strike lead attack inflicts bleeding, but so does the Twisting Fangs dual hand, but it also inflicts deep wound. Instead, since you seem to be using a hex, start off with Black Mantis Thrust. This will cripple them, making it much easier to lead into your other combo moves. Use Twisting Fangs for your dual obviously. Your two choices for off-hand are either Jungle Strike as you will be crippling your opponent, or Wild Strike to remove their stance.
While all this is nice, if you're going for a condition Assassin, don't use IW, use Temple Strike instead. That's 2 more conditions right there, and casters are screwed, especially if you follow up with a bunch of Repeated Strikes.

how do enchant removal work, for example, if i cast IW and then Channel, and i'm hit with single enchantment removal skill, does IW go away or Channel go away

Channeling will go away. It removes the enchantment/hex/condition that was applied latest.
