Must be max damage of course, preferably gold.
Req should be 8 or 9.
Innate damage mod can be of "while hexed", "vs. hexed foes", "while health is below 50%". 14% is fine, just to save me some money. 15% is okay if you're not willing to overcharge me on it. <14% won't be considered.

Grip = Anything that's not of fortitude or of mastery, I'm cheap like that
Haft = Anything not sundering or furious, don't wanna get ripped off.
