Prob 100k not too many ppl want a shadow bow (and they're right).
I wouldn't mod it.

Shadow bows are the rarest skin for Horn Bows ... 2.7 sec refire rate, 80 range, and 10% hidden armor penetration ... add a 10/10 sundering string and a decent grip to go with the perfect damage mod there, and you have a 100 - 250k bow
