Heya! was wondering if this is worth a bit 'o money:

Chaos Dmg 11-22 (req. 9 illusion)
Halves Casting time of spells (chance: 7%)
Halves Skill Recharge of Inspiration Magic Spells (chance 18%)
Energy +5
Armor +6 (vs Physical attacks)
And it has the 'twin dragons' skin.

I would salvage for the +5

I think you could get around 10k cause of the rare skin if you don't feel like salvaging.

+5 energy worth 20k.. life arent worth much if you dont take the risks
