Simply, How do I Pre-Order Guild Wars: Factions? (In USA)

(I apologize if this thread has already been made, the search button has been disabled and I could not find any related [except one about UK pre-ordering])

i think amazon/eb game/gamestop have a preorder available (all subject to change as for price contents etc)

i am waiting for Anet to announce the different preorder packages to get the one i want

YOU CAN BUY A KEY FROM NCSoft but you miss out on the stuff in the box
