pffft lazy players, You definitely can explore every zone on the map! Just that it'd take up alot of time and you often wind up doing it with just henchies because 99.9999999% of the playerbase don't want to do it.

I don't think so. It's a while since I've been there since my party got wiped in 10 secs, but I'm pretty sure there are none. There WAS a lost strongbox in the instance between Granite Citadel and Mineral Springs, but it was removed a while ago.

Eventually maybe those currently unreachable places might be opened up too (like how the Warcamp and surrounding area were added/opened up)

Strangely it still spawns from time to time. No ryhme or reason to it.
