How to observe this weekend PvP Fractions event

Hi to All,
Been playing GW since the begining,but only i role playing.
I just created a PvP player (last night)!!.I am a active menber of Guild Wars and wish to observe this weekend PvP Fractins event as a observer. Have not been able to do this???How do I get in,think Iam either doing something wrong after signing in or not doing the correct steps??

apologies for the rant but i see it so often................

you might see it often because fractions is the slang term used in a MMO that has a faction system that is broken or just sucks.

This ought to be closed, mainly because if you hit the MENU button, then the shortcut keys are there.

OR you can hit options, and change your keyboard layouts there.
