Salavge upgrades?

Can some 1 tell me how to salvage upgrades i have a couple rly good weapons that i want to slavge the upgrade out of.. how do i do that or is there another way?

Use expert or superior salvage kits on weapons with upgrades, you should be able to get one of them off. I don't think you can get two of them off. I think normal salvage kits work, too, but like it's a 1:4 chance you'll get it.

WRONG

REGULAR GETS ONLY SALVAGE MATERIALS.

EXPERT/SUPERIOR KITS ARE IDENTICAL EXCEPT NUMBER OF USES

only a chance of one mod may get salvage materials

Ok so how do i get upgrade.. a bunch of ppl told me from salavging shitty weapons

and how much wud these be worth:
Vamparic Summit axe
Slashing DMG 6-17
Damage + 16
life stealing + 3
Health regenartion -1

junk weapons can have a good mod on them that you have a chance of salvageing
