would anyone help me?

I just came back to guild wars after 6 months or so of not having time to play I'm downloading something likt 1,400 files to update the game and though I would ask what has changed? I last was on just in time for the initial rush to draknors forge(I think its called) and they had just realeased green items? what is differant now then then? Thank you everyone who helps me?
