Just 2 Players On Quest

Just wanna know how you can have more than 2 players from your Guild go with you on quests any info would be great thanks!

you are still in the tutorial

after you get out it goes to 4 than 6 than 8 as you need a bigger party to win
edit
go through the academy to leave the tut but be sure to get all free skills the second profession etc because you will not be bringing that character back if you forget something
