The build doesn't have to focus on any specific kind of spells, the only require is that my Necro will be useable in parties in one way or another.

Since my Necromancer/Mesmer I created at the release of Guild Wars hasn't been able to deal any good damage since Ascalon I need a new build. I was hoping for someone of you all to help me.

I don't know where you are in the game, but I sugest to check the necro build thread.. If that doesn't help you here are my sugestions.
When you're in Ascalon/Jungle/Crystal Desert:
Blood/Inspiration Build
When you're in the Southern Shiverpeaks or Ring of Fire:
Echo Spiteful curse build
A blood inspiration build is very easy you just nead some blood magic and inspiration magic. Then take eather feast and all the vamperic spells. Energy trap will come to good use too.
There is enough to find on this forum about Spiteful necros.
