Whenever I attempt to play guildwars, my Local Area Connections comes up with 'Network Cable Unplugged' and such. This happens when online as well. I have a DSL router. I checked all cables and everything is fine. When playing guildwars, the message appears and everything stops moving. After attempting to play guildwars, the Local Area Connection keeps going off and on randomly. A little help would be nice, I know theres another thread on this, but I'm quite sure this is not the exact problem.
Edit: Would the DSL provider be responsible for this ?

I very well could be your cable or NIC, before you go out and buy one though try this. Unistall TCP/IP protocal from your computer, restart then reinstall it. I have seen TCP/IP stacks that go hay-wire and start to do weird things like dropping connections, but it does sound like a bad cable though.

If that doesn't help try pressing the 'hard reset' button on your router. You will probably need a paperclip to press it.
If none of those things work you're probably looking at a bad cable, bad NIC, or a bad router.
