Is there a way to replace the game's soundtrack with custom?

Most of the songs are kind of uh...not very exciting. It works in towns and countryside areas, but during missions and pvp events it just doesn't feel right. Is there a way to replace the soundtrack with select custom songs?

The only other thing I can think of (not tested) if to have the Direct Song packs and swap the direct song files with files of the same name (windows media audio format) in place. Not sure if this works or not.

The problem is that all the guild wars files are in one single file called GuildWars.dat.

It would be good to have a context sensitive soundtrack though. I just wack on shuffle on media player and away I go.

If you have DirectSong, it play from extrenal WMA files that you download. If you "swap" the music track with a music track of your choice (make sure it's in WMA format) and it has the same file name, GW may be not smart enough to know it's not the external file that's expected.

This may not work or it may know (built) in the time and switch the tracks based on a timmer, not a the duration of a song so if the songs don't have the same length.
