Price Cheack on GOld req 9 chaos axe.

+30 health
10/10 sundering

I would like a Price check on this and if am also going to be selling this when i get my 10/10 upgrade ( I am curently bidding on one right now because it only has the +30 mod on it but it ill have the 10/10 in a few days)

40k as is because of the 30hp mod. I really would not add a perfect 10/10 sundering mod because it will hardly increase the value at all; certainly not with the price of the mod itself. I would try to salvage off the 30hp grip and sell it for 45k.
