I know you checked it already, so you've probably seen it already. Never heard of a +12 version of it and that means it's not likely to exist.

What you are looking for cannot be found through a collector. The previous post gave the best substitute available from a collector. You might be able to craft it in Droknar's Forge through the weapon's merchant although it will cost you. I have not confirmed this myself if is available here though. There is a green item called The Stonehart that drops from Brohn Stoneheart in Sorrow's Furnace but it comes with a 20% faster recharge instead of +30 health (although I think the recharge is better).
