PC Please: 15%>50 Longsword

found this over the weekend & wanted opinions on what it's worth:

Sundering Longsword of Enchanting:
Req: 10
15-22 dmg
+15% dmg when health over 50%
10% armor penetration (8% chance)
Lengthens enchant duration +19%

Sorry to disappoint you but 100k+ or ~200k is wrong nowdays. I collect Long Sword 15>50 req 10's (only) for my slaying colllection. Bought several swords within the 20-40k range.

I would say that a clean req 10 is valued 30k+. Req 8-9 are the the only ones that reach the 50k+ (req 9), 70k+ (req8) mark clean. If you already have perfect mod(s) on it, like 10% sundering, 10% furious, 30 health pommel, simply add the value on the mods + value on the "clean" req.

Guess I'll shoot for around 30k then

30k + 40-50k + 60-70k? So a perfectly req. 10 modded one is around 130k to 150k ranges? Wow... talk about price drop. Good thing I got 400k for a req 9 and 10 perfect modded ones a week or 2 before all these new greens were out.

Yeah, about that. New changes and more common on the market. I'm wouldnt even bother to perfectly mod them for resell, because you will unlikely find a buyer (fast) with higher reqs. I'll think the req 8 are the only ones that are capable of getting some profit of, but of course, you can always find a less pc aware buyer and sell it for 400k - and that's what I call a good deal.

id say probably 40-60k. yes the mods arent great, but the bonus dmg is perfect, and the skin is always wanted. its a great sword nontheless
