It's hard for me to determine value on the +% damage always modifiers .... though that one is perfect and on a rare bow skin. Eternal bows are mid-range bows ... same as composite.
No suffix to speak of, I assume, since you left that out ... and 9% sundering ... i'ld guess value is between 45 and 60k
