Possible new content?

Howdy,

I was wondering if anyone had heard any information on the following being implemented in Guild Wars:

1) guild storage
2) a mailing system, both to send letters and items to people
3) an auction hall

.. realizing I had more ideas, but I can't remember them.

In a sense, simply anything to appeal to other MMO-ers who feel Guild Wars is otherwise lacking in content.

Before I'm flamed, I'm going to clarify I've been with Guild Wars since.. damn.. one of them long-ago betas, when you started in the middle of nowhere.

I love the game. ;D

Man, I wonder which beta that was. There wasn't even so much as a quest sytem, I think. Just had me running around killing stuff as a ranger.

if you have actually been around that long you already know guild storage is confirmed.

you also know that an improved trading system/auction house/? is also confirmed

the second is not likely for mailing/items

Loviatar hit just about all of it spot on. The only difference is the mail system. That is not only likely, but pretty much required if they're going to have an auction system. So you can expect that in the future as well.

I remember the landscape only in bits and pieces.

I remember starting out in some kind of open--although broken--field. If I walked forward far enough, there was some kind of cliff or outcropping? Further north would take me up into the mountains and.. eventually.. into some kind of..

I dunno.

It was nice.

I remember playing it and being totally "wow."

A few months later--along with more ram and an upgrade from my Geforce 440 MX to a 9800 PRO, I had my Guild Wars.

I've read many vague references to an auction house...about how "they understand the need for such a system" but Gaile or another A.net person has flat out said it will be limplimented?
