Sigil and pathetic

Ok I have had the game since it first came out and I have the second on reserve but I have yet to get a guild hall or a sigil to obtain one. I know you can win one witch I have never made it to the hall of heros and I also know you can buy one from the vendor for an outragious price. Is there an easy way to obtain a sigil or any tips people can give me to help me out.

Also what is in the guild hall, is it really worth the time to get one.

u want to get a guild hall if u want to start a guild so u can cpmpete agaist other guilds. thats all they do u get the sigil and take it to soem one in lions arch were u can select a guild hall. u can buy them for about 20k from peopel who win the halls, i dont think i got any left though

You pretty much stated the only ways in your post, unless you find someone to give you one.

The guild hall is what you use to buy with the sigil, and its basically a place only your guild can go to, and also where you can do GvG.

basically it is a place for you and your guild to meet sort of like a clubhouse.

go to the ferry captain at lions arch and he will take you to any of the available choices.

you get th island of your choice and a hall to meet in .

come chapter 2 there will be guild storage and some extras

Guildhalls are really only required if you have a guild with 4 or more people (and lots of friends) so you can gvg. If you're the only one in your guild then I wouldn't worry about the hall.

umm... FYI 20k for a hall isn't really that expensive, if compared to, say one of the new green wepaons, which I've seen sell for 150K+

The Celestial sigils are REALLY cheap at the moment, so if you can not form a group to earn one, at least the 25K is not too bad ATM. This is mostly from people selling off inventories of them during the event. Which was a long time coming... to contrast this when We first got our sigil it was around 75k and I've seen it as high as 100K. so the current price is really good. so I would take the opportunity ASAP. to get one take the ferry to one of the guild islands from Lions arch... Not the Ship on the map but the actual ferry, Then talk to the sigil trader to get one and give it to the guy in exchange for an Island for your guild hall. (same area as the trader normally)

If you do not have the gold a good task for your guild members is to individually farm for it and pull your gold over a day or two... since its a Guild hall it makes since to be a guild effort... This was what we did with our 30 or so members at the time when it was 75k that was only 2500 gold each, and that's not too hard to get farming... and it was worth it... once we got that we formed larger parties for hoh runs and earns several more sigils and made a few more halls... (different allied guilds). so if the current price is 25k and you have say 10 members... thats 2.5k each.. get the picture? so right now is a really good time to do some recuiting and farming for gold so you can jointly get the island...

Sigils were roughly 30k a few weeks after release, now it's about 20 k or so? Went up to about 70-ish, but with all the spike and iway builds out, the price has dropped significantly. Some normal playing and helping people throughout the game should have net you more than that amount by now. Pick up everything, sell junk, and sell materials and whatnot to people.
