Something I would be very pleased to see is a little more variation in weapons.
Mostly, I'd like to see two-handed swords and axes, and one-handed bludgeons.
I'd also be pleased to see spears and polearms added to the game, as they're my favourite sorts of weapons, but I realize that that'd require the addition of an entirely new profession, and I'm not going to be unrealistic.
