Help with MM build early on

I need help with my MM build early on, because it looks like i dont get Veretta's Sacrifice until Copperhammer. Right now, I'm using Heal Area (which becomes less effective as my Minion Army grows). Is there anyway to keep my minions alive early on until i get Veretta's Sacrifice???
