dude. that's NOT a quest item in pre... it's a modded starter sword. you CAN'T sell it, CAN'T salvage it, And it's damage is crap.

Starter anything is customized. For some reason he cut it off.

only the weapon you start off with in pre is customised, when u go check out the other secondary proffessions, like warrior, u get an uncustomised sword, also with the ranger or other warrior quests where u get a starter swoer, axe and hammer
