Parchment- Where?

Am I the only one who can't make tattoos because there is no way to make Parchment? All the crafters seem to have had it removed from their crafting list.

Does anyone know where or how to get it?

Its in old acalon RIGHT off another zone you can warp too. Cant for the life of me rember the name ...Sanctum Saction or something? I know thats spelled wrong hehe.

5 wood + 40 gold If I rember right.

the only parchment maker i found is just outside the sanitarium in the old askalon explorable area (feb beta)
