i am curious how to change to the korean server, i would not ask if it was in the change territory option like it seems it should be.
also why do they koreans get numbers in their name, LAME!, i mainly want to know how to switch to their server and if i cant WHY!?!

You Can't.
They work alittle differently than us and its setup differently (They have ID numbers and such things - the structure is different)
That and the fact that they probably don't want Noobie Euros and Americans in their Elite servers.

Say I brought a Guild War Copy, and I have started an account here in EU (United Kingdom), but I later, moved to Korea. Could I use the same CD key to create a new account which allow me to play in the Korean server?
Or any way around it?

Probably not. Because of the proliferance of internet cafes in Korea, ArenaNet established a sort of 'monthly fee' payment. I believe there is no upfront fee, but they pay monthly. They have the regular version also, but the whole system is different.
