There's no healing prayers req. staff but you can get a collector's staff (20/20 healing, req. 9 DF) outside port sledge. If you are a monk as the name suggests you should meet the requirement, no problem.

thanx for telling me no one has ever had the decency to tell me id never find what i was looking for. o and my primary char is actually warrior put monk at the end to confuse ppl
