ive been looking everywhere for one and i cant seem to find one if u have one plzzz tell me.

There's no healing prayers req. staff but you can get a collector's staff (20/20 healing, req. 9 DF) outside port sledge. If you are a monk as the name suggests you should meet the requirement, no problem.
