Need a PC on this sword:

Sundering Flamberge of Warding - Gold
Slashing Damage: 15-22 (req 11 swordmanship)
Damage +15% (while in a stance)
Armor Penetration +10% (chance: 9%)
Armor + 5 (vs elemental attacks)
