Yea I am trying to find a way to survive in these areas.I am a lvl 20 n/me.It seems like only barbs go to these places.

Pretty much noone goes there alone. In a team, anyone can.

There are solo builds which work in some parts of the UW/FoW, but it's quite fiddly.

Minion mast with Bone fiends are excellent normally... I would recomend a Build but I dont have a Necro yet. Its only a minor to my mesmer. But I'm sure there are plenty of MM builds available to choose from in here and other fan sites... just check around...
