Beyond the Amnoon Oasis

I have a level 20 monk, recently arrived at the Amnoon Oasis, nearby I have Seeker's Passage, Augury Rock and Destiny's Gorge on my map. I've been to all of them and done the quests but now I'm out of quests and can't find the next town/outpost. Any suggestions on where the next outpost is and how to get there?
Caged Fury
Talk to a guy (ghost that stands alone on a teleporter thing) in Augury Rock, he'll send you to see three ghostly heroes. Each hero will have a mission, one in Dune of Despair, Elona Reach and Thirsty River. Complete those missions and return to them, and you'll face your mirror. Once done, you'll ascend and goto Dragon's Lair.

talk to the priest in augury and accept, when inside stand on 3 stones and have fun 
Numa Pompilius
I don't want to spoil things for you, but there's four more towns in the desert.
Elona Reach is northwest of Destiny.
South-southwest from Augury is Dunes of Despair (use the teleports!).
Thirsty River is southeast from Destinys Gorge.

Hi there traveler your journey has just begun. First you must gain audience with Tyria's mighty heroes. The god's cast their eyes from the Rock to the southeast/east.
