The "smugglers" primary quest says I need to speak to Inquisitor Gilead, and mini-map markers lead me to the Nebo Terrace map, but when I load Nebo Terrace, I lose my map quest markers and this NPC is nowhere to be found. I have reported this as a bug. Did I miss something?
