I got this Chakram (found in FoW) that sounds me not really good but wanted to be sure:

Chakram Energy+12 (Illusion magic req. 9)
Health +40 while hexed
Armor +7 against physical when health is below 50%

If it's the inscribed chakram, though, you may try to salvage it for steel ... worth more than the gold value is.
