WTB a max req8 strength shield (any kind - defender, skeleton, shadow, etc.) with one or more of the following mods:

+hp > 30 while enchanted
-2 damage while enchanted
-3 damage while hexed

got a req 8 tactics shield with +42hp ench and -2 dmg ench, not strenght but ok.
