W/Mo Attribute points

I seem to have lost 15 attribute points somewhere.
I just noticed I only have 185 and I've finished everything up to
Ember light camp. Can anyone give me an idea of what I skipped?

I remember doing Hero's Journey and hero's challenge.
Don't actually remember speaking to yassath slittth on the hilltop but
I don't have the quest to look for him. And the NPC I get it from is
not highlighted.

very cool.. it worked.. I do remember getting to the first forsaken and getting the quest completed but for some reason I overlooked the fact that he had a second quest. Which was where my last 15 attrib points were.
