Error 102 Can anyone help?

Hello!

This is very annoying. I bought my copy of the guildwars yesterday, and no matter how i twist and turn my activation key, it won't work. All it gives me is error 102, and suggests that i change the letters and numbers and so on. (6,8,9 and B)

I send mail to support, but they haven't replied. Any suggestions? I would love to get this solved so that i can get questing tonight.

Maybe one of you had the same problem? How did you solve it? And how long will it take to get an answer from support? Did i just spen 50 euros for nothing?

first off, dont give ANYONE your cdkey to 'look at' (just advice because there most likely is an idiot out there dumb enough to rip people off like this).

second off, I would email support.guildwars.com on a daily basis. perhaps even hourly until I got a response.

if after 3 years of no responses, I would take it back to the store :b...just tell the vendor what happened and it shouldnt be a problem with having to return it...sorry to hear about your troubles
