Hi, I made a necro and was wondering whats the ebst 1.5k armor to get?
Fanatics or Tormentors?
because tomentor has the 70ar but has -vs holy and the fanatics has the 60ar but +15 vs. peircing. which one would you say is better?

It's difficult to say which armor is the best as it depends on what you need. Some would say Scar is the best as you gain addition energy, some may say Collectors as it's in effect free...
As for Fanatic's vs Tormentor's...
Against piercing damage, Fanatic's (AL 75) vs Tormentor's (AL 70), there's a difference of 5.
Against non-piercing damage, Fanatic's (AL 60) vs Tormentor's (AL 70), there's a difference of 10.
The Fanatic's will really only give you a +5 AL against piercing when compared to the Tormentor's. And against non-piercing damage (slash and blunt), there is a -10 AL disadvantage.
If you encounter many archers, then Fantic's will give you an advantage, although only slight. However, the Tomentor's will give you a better all round protection.
The Tomentor's disadvantage is going against a foe that deals out holy damage. So far, I've encountered more foes generally beating up on me than hitting me with holy damage, so for me, the benefit of having the additional 10 AL from the Tormentor's has outweighed the disadvantage in receiving additional holy damage.
From my experience, I would say that the Tomentor's is better of the two, however, my view may change as I progress further in the game.
